Hello dear Dr. Graham,
I heard you say that your first meal of the day is the post
workout one, and is the same for me.

I was discussing this with a coworker and he said me that
during the night body uses almost all the glycogen so when you
wake up you have to eat BEFORE training to refill it (with
eggs and pancakes, but that's another story :D ).

I know another story. I know that during the night body burns
fats and STORES glycogen through the assimilation of the food
you eated during the day while recharges nerve energy with
sleep and eliminates waste products, so when you wake up
you're full of nerve energy and glycogen to train and AFTER
that, you have to eat to restore it.

Is it correct?
