90 5 5 is fine. 10% protein is the maximum amount anyone should
consume, 5% is perfectly adequate. No-one's ever suffered from a
lack of protein if they are consuming sufficient calories. Health
problems related to protein are due to excess protein. Is there any
reason you'd like to consume more protein?
