I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. My
advice to you, if you're concerned about your weight
and the seeming lack of control you have over binging
and calorie consumption, is to focus on a diet that
will allow you to get all of the nutrients your body
clearly needs to recover from what it's been through.
I wouldn't advise trying to jump onto the 30 bananas a
day boat, or even 80/10/10. Eat a whole foods diet
with moderate protein (70+g a day) and moderate fat
and carbs and you'll be satiated with lower calories
and lose weight, while getting enough of everything
your body needs. Just my two cents. Check out if you want to hear from people
who have gone down the 80 10 10 rabbit hole and
escaped. A number of them dealt with eating disorders
and know what's worked for them.
