Have you read the 80/10/10 diet by Dr Graham? If not, read it.
Go buy lots of fruits and veggies of your liking and eat up. Sleep
when tired. Move your body as much as you can/want. Commit
to the way of life you know is best. You may have slip ups.
That's ok, we all do. But we learn and we pick ourselves up and
we move on. One minute at a time, one hour at a time, one day
at a time, one meal at a time you can do this! Perhaps you need
counseling to deal with the mental/emotional aspect of your
situation? Perhaps a consult with Dr Graham is appropriate?
Freelee has a group on Facebook called the Banana Girl Diet.
Perhaps check it out. The ladies there have a lot of good advice
and it's a very supportive environment. You can recover from
this. How quickly and efficiently depends on how much you want
it. You can do it! Good luck!
