i eat when i am hungry no matter what time it says on the clock and i stop when i feel satisfied but often eat just a wee bit more even when i am not hungry physically as i feel hungry 'mentally' for just more sweet flavors so i guess i then 'emotionally eat' but you'd definitely not say i am overweight or chubbyish looking from my emotional eating of sweet fruits

i also sleep when i feel tired instead of what time it says on the clock

Genevieve, i would take other's guidelines with a grain of salt and find your own unique individual guidelines and not to be so rigid by the book in any one way because if you think about it logically everyone does something just a bit differently anyhow, so do what is best for 'you', but definitely stick to just eating fruits and greens!
