Subject:         Pure Water

I know Dr. Doug doesn't drink water. Right?
Anyways- I'm wondering if it's necessary or healthy to drink 4 liters a day. I'm about 120 pounds, 5'7, still losing weight, and I don't feel comfortable with this. What should I do? Feel it out? Eat more watery fruits and vegetables, while lowering my water intake?
