I wake up, brush my teeth for an hour- eat 4 hours after I've brushed or after 12. Drink two liters of water before I eat. Then I won't brush later in the day and will just go to sleep.

Does anyone else have a different schedule that works better for them?

My ideal schedule would be... Waking up when the sun rises- (around 6), brushing my teeth for a half hour, to then eat AT 12 after drinking 2 liters of water- then not eating after 6 and brushing my teeth for another thirty minutes or less if possible- to then go to bed at 9. In the summer.

See any flaws in my thinking? What kind of schedule guidelines would you offer?

I think this because A Boutenko said eating after 6 isn't recommended, and because the oils in my toothsoap (which I don't recommend because the soap shreds feel like glass shards when you're done brushing) and essential oils in my eco-dent powder take four hours to digest. I also heard eating after 12 is good for the body's natural healing in the morning.

Cool- thanks!
