Subject:         Durianrider says he got this recipe from your Health and Fitness Week. Would you please comment?

Hello Dr. Graham. Here's the video:

I'm confused because it contains 1/2 pound of cane sugar and optional rice milk
or soy milk, which Durianrider says he uses occasionally (but didn't include it in
this particular smoothie). It also contained 20 bananas and water.

If he got this at your Health and Fitness Week, does that mean you're now
encouraging cane sugar and soy and rice milks? I'm confused and feeling kind of
distraught.
