Yes, I read your 1st post.
I don't know enough really to say much more. It just seemed that you were saying that when you resumed heavier training you were experiencing tiredness, weakness, symptoms, etc.
How long have you been eating mostly fruit? How much do you sleep? There are times when I definitely overtrain too. But I try to listen to my body, while pushing. :) It's definitely a challenge for me. Not only in the way I feel but in trying to avoid/heal injuries. It's an art.
Plus I believe that the cleaner & lighter I eat, there will be "detox" occurring. I put in many, many years of unhealthy living. I weigh around 130 lbs (5'8")& I'd say I eat between 3000 & 4000 calories per day. And I don't have a baby to feed. :) That said, there are periods of time I eat less calories because of lighter training or the desire to cleanse a bit more. And if I'm really pushing the training I may eat more. Like I said it's an art for me to learn. And I'm still working on learning what works best.
