P.S.
Maybe I should add, I went from a high-banana diet
with some beans and potatoes, to a high-watermelon
diet in order to speed recovery. The watermelon is
giving me detox symptoms (I always get a sore back
when I detox, and headache) so it's also hard to
separate the reasons why I am feeling so strange.
