The past year I very often ate quite similar to you:
juicy fruit for breakfast, sweet fruit for lunch,
other fruit before dinner and a simple cooked,
starchy dinner (often rice mixed with lots of raw
vegetables).

I am going completely 811 for three weeks now and I
can say that I am A LOT less bloated :) Another
strange thing is: I do no longer eat the rice, but I
do not have to eat more fruit anyway. Looks like I
absorb it better or something...

And I am now sleeping better, waking up with more
energy, feeling way lighter, my hunger is less
stressy. It's just now that I realise how much the
starches "stopped" me.

I wish you the best (and would like to be in Ecuador,
too...). Enjoy your fruit :))
