Subject:         Bloated in Quito
Date: May 27, 2013 at 4:15 pm PST

Hello dear Dr. Graham,
I'm in Quito - Ecuador for a month right now and since the
very first day I feel bloated like never before.

My diet is 811v 80-90% raw and here is better than before
because fruits & vegetables are so cheap and abundants.

Everytime I go to bathroom, even if stools are regular and
abundant, soon afterwards I feel incredibly bloated, like I
should go to bathroom again.

This happens everyday.

I also noticed that even if I drink much water or I eat
almost exclusively juicy fruits, I don't pee so much.

My diet is very simple:

Breakfast: 1lt young coconut water or watermelon or grapes
or whatever juicy fruit

Lunch: bananas or whatever calorie dense fruit

Dinner: huge salad with lots of tomatoes, lettuce, palmito
and lime + high carb simple cooked meal like steamed rice,
potatoes, beans, yuca, ecc.

I feel very uncomfortable and I can't understand why this

Maybe the water used to wash the vegetables?
Maybe the altitude? (Quito is 2,850 m (9,350 ft))

One of the reasons I moved to ecuador was because I thought
my diet and my health would improve, but doesen't seems so
and I can't understand why.

I need your opinion and your help, if possible, to make it

Thank you very much as always
