Hello Zendoin,
I couldn't eat oranges during the first trimester when I experienced
morning sickness, but I'm enjoying them now I no longer have
morning sickness. I will stop eating them when I start breastfeeding.
Pregnant women can experience food aversions, so whatever they
can enjoy eating during pregnancy that is 811rv and meets their
calorie, fruit and green requirements is fine. Pregnant women usually
need to eat about 500 extra calories a day and up to 1000 extra
calories per day while breastfeeding.
I also follow aware and attachment parenting, so I would put a range
of fruits and greens in front of your chid when they start eating and
allow them to choose which ones they want to pick up and eat.
I recommend reading "The Aware Baby" by Aletha Solter, "Creating
Healthy Children" by Karen Ranzi and "The Continuum Concept" by
Jean Liedloff.
