Thanx Bronwyn :) That was pretty much what I thought
myselft. It's just good to hear it from someone
else, too.

To you / does anyone have further recommendations
concerning eating while pregnant / breasfeeding? How
much more should she eat? Any foods to avoid / eat
more? I already heard that citruses are not so good
in the beginning of pregnancy and while

And what do you think might be a good start for a
child to transition from milk to fruit? Whatever the
child likes or are there any kinds of fruit that are
specially easy on digestion / good for little kids?
When should a kid start eating greens? How much
fruit does a child need to support optimal growth
and developement?

I like the idea of starting life with 811 :) Should
be really optimal. But I would never force my child
to follow my ideas, so it should (later) choose what
to eat. Does anyone have experiences with children
starting on 811? Do they want other food later?

Are there any books / resources online to get
informed about all these things? Did not really find
anything specific in the 80/10/10 book...

The only thing I am sure about is: as soon as the
child is here, everything will be different than I
thought anyway ;D
