Subject:         Avocados

I've been having avocado cravings -- and I experienced myself somewhat hesitant to eat one when I had my first one this year- Like the first few bites. Then I felt super good eating more and more. So my inkling is that my body was giving me a warning. I don't want to screw up my carbohydrate assimilation- is it a bad idea to just eat avocados all day, cause I'm not gonna eat more then 1/2 if i'm eating anything else that day. It seems like the only problem would be the fat intake going up. It seems natural to just eat a bunch for that day if I feel like it. :)
