I'm completely new here and glad I found this resource :))

My wife and I first came into contact with 811 one year ago.
After reading the 811 book and trying this way of eating I
was quite sure I want to live like that. I soon realized that
the transition might be "something bigger", so I gave myself
one year to just try things and find my way to this new goal,
gradually shifting and changing habbits, ideas, addictions.
Now I eat completely 811 for two weeks and I'm quite sure I
will stick to it, summer and variety is comming :) At the
moment I face some detox action (at least I think so...), but
I know I'll be allright soon. My wife is still eating a
mixture of 811 and cooked vegan, but she will maybe change to
complete 811 in summer, too.

My wife is pregnant, we are getting a baby in November :)) So
here come my questions:

- Is it ok / good to eat 811 while pregnant? Is it also good
to switch while pregnant (I wonder if the detox will affect
the baby...)?

- How about 811 and breastfeeding?

- Is it possible to raise a child on breastfeeding and only
811? At first sight, eating fruit smoothies and the like
seems quite natural for a baby / little child. But then my
old "is it enough protein?" question comes up...

Do you have any ideas / suggestions? Actual experiences would
even be better ;)
