Hi Doc. I was talking with a co worker today. He's basically vegan. He mentioned
at one time he was eating like me, raw an noticed an increased incidence in tooth
decay. He mentioned that he started eating one or two leafs of lettuce after every
meal and the decay incidence went away.
I'm not interested in debating wether the increased incidence is real, although
the answer hinges on that I suppose. I was just wondering if there is any science
behind the lettuce, and would celery accomplish the same thing?

Thanks
