Listen to your body and don't over analyze :) pregnancy is a great
time for natural hygiene enthusiasts. It's so interesting to have
your signals so clear. So just follow them. If you don't have much
appetite, don't force it. Yes avoid greens. Several herbs are toxic
to the first trimester fetus. That's why we get an aversion to
greens.

I found that staying low,fat was key to nausea. Also early
bedtime. If you can get some light exercise, it might make you
tired but it should help with the nausea. At least in my experience
:)

If you eat cooked foods, get back on high raw later in pregnancy
and your delivery will be so much easier. I had one SAD
pregnancy and two high raw, low fat vegan pregnancies. The
difference is night and day. These two deliveries were only a
couple hours. Quick recovery and healthy babies.
