Have been eating 80/10/10 with cooked vegan dinners for years, with
periods of all raw.

Bummed to be in overtraining state after 2 months of following Hansons
Marathon method, 6 weeks before the race.

I took two weeks very easy, embarrassingly minimal mileage. then did an
easy 16 miler and felt good. Two days later did speed repeats and felt like
my old self! I thought I was cured.

But yesterday got smacked with it again...fatigue, sleep issues, increased
heart rate, stress, irritability. I feel unhinged. I dreamed of stressful
situations all night!

What can I do to speed recovery? Is there any chance of me doing my race
June 22....even just at a training pace. (Next marathon eight weeks after
that) I am using Ocotea essential oil for cortisol imbalance. Trying to rest as
much as possible (full time business at home plus homeschooling and a
busy toddler...yeah rest, whatever that means... Running is my rest from
my stressful daily life!)

I just feel so disappointed that I trusted Hansons. Now hindsight 20/20
obviously it was too much for me. I did my marathons last year on 4-5 days
per week with plenty of walk breaks. Then I jumped into 6 days a week, 3
of which were 9+ miles, no walking. It's hard to tell how you are doing when
they say you are supposed to feel tired, etc. yikes.
