I've never been a big fan of tender leafy greens. I've been on a search for greens that I truly enjoy, and I found it over a year ago. I really like Lacinato Kale. So much so, that it's accounted for 90% of my greens intake for a year or so. Does anyone think this is a problem? Is it ok to get almost all of your greens in the form of a single type of dark, not tender leafy green such as lacinato kale for multi-year stretches of time?
