Hello Dr Graham. I'm a 38 year old 150 lbs male with
a desk job. During the course of a week I'll
typically do the following exercises: Run 4 times at
a moderate pace for 30 minutes around mid day,
weight train twice for 30 minutes at a time in the
evenings, walk about 5K and do a 1 hour yoga class.

My sleep is usually disturbed by the need to urinate
either once or twice a night. Usually i can get
back to sleep within minutes but sometimes it may
take an hour or more because my mind it sometimes
very active upon awaking. Having my sinus'
constantly full, sneezing and coughing on occasion
also disturb my sleep. I go to bed ready for sleep
at 10 and my alarm goes off at 7 though my best
guess is I average maybe 7 hours of quality sleep
per night. About half the time i awake not feeling
totally rested.

The last few months I haven't felt hungry in the
morning so I've skipped breakfast and have a large
lunch and dinner.

For lunch lately I've been eating 12 - 15 altaufo
mangoes or 1700 grams of muscat grapes or 4 - 6
cantaloupes. Sometime I'll add 1 - 2 cukes or 1 - 2
large heads of romaine before or after lunch.

For Dinner I typically eat 8 large oranges, or 8
mangoes or a 8 banana smoothie. Combined with
another head or two of romaine, kale, or chard.

About half my dinners are simple, the meals which
aren't are often tomato sauce(w/handful of nuts)
with zucchini noodles or a heavy tomato soup
(w/handful of nuts) filled with both sweet and non-
sweat fruit or wrap using romaine or chard filled
with various non-sweet veggies and an avocado.

Thank you for taking the time to help.
