Dear Dr. Graham,
Warm spring-filled greetings to you! I was wondering if there are any reasons why candida overgrowth might persist even when all I've been eating is low-fat (actually no overts, around 3-5% caloric intake), mono-fruit meals for almost 2 years now? What other health complications or lifestyle issues might be involved? Have you seen other people on 811 who haven't cleared their candida overgrowth even when strictly following the diet? And what can people do differently when the 811 diet isn't getting results? Much love and thanks, Dan P.S. I realise candida overgrowth is often incorrectly blamed for many health issues, and so I ask for your kind advice with this knowledge.
