I have been eating a low fat vegan diet since November 2012. I have lost
50 lbs., shaved 15 min off my half marathon time, fixed my erectile
dysfunction... I could go on. But in the last few months I started to loose
circulation in my hands , the doctor calls it Raynaud's disease. I have had
3 herpes simplex one breakouts (more then the past 3 years)... And
yesterday I suffered Afribrilation, sending me to the doc, and today the
cardiologist. EKG and aspirin prescribed. I believe I was dehydrated, I
have also been under much stress at work. I am feeling confused as to how
I can achieve so many health benefits from changing my diet and now
this... I was thinking I should take magnesium (something I read about,
deficiency leading to heart attack)? Please help. I am a little scared. Single
father of four beautiful children, I want and need to be healthy.
