I have two cases of organic bananas ordered... I went through one case last week, faster then I expected. My step daughter froze a couple dozen because she found them too ripe to eat plain ( she will use them in a smoothie). Waiting on my shipment I have made 3 banana smoothies with frozen bananas. But I do not like they way I feel... First of all, I get the chills and it takes a long time for my body temp to recover. Also, I strongly desire warm food after... Avoid altogether? Or do what's necessary to eat the fruit? Day 12: after 110 mile bike ride Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I craved salt and fat. I ate 15-20 pumpkin seeds on salad yesterday. Sesame blended in a dressing Sunday. I am hoping that was enough fat for the week. I liked how I felt last week, no fats... Is this normal? Maybe I was simply craving more calories?
