Subject:	Dr.D., Now I get this when I cheat- Major nose sores and more

Dr. D., I wrote you earlier about this. I am so frustrated! I guess I definitely can't cheat w/o suffering. I'm trying so hard to only eat fruit and salads when I eat out. Every time I eat a salad dressing, I get major nose sores and nosebleeds. Now my nose gets crusty,swells, and is major sore. I know it's the vinegar,salt, and oil. It does taste so good going down! What do you do for salad dressing when you eat out? I sometimes want more than lemon juice. Thanks, GC
