First of all I would like to thank you for taking your time to answer these questions. I will do my best, and try more with celery, even though I eat lots of tomatoes, zucchinis and cucumbers( mostly for dinner) and drink coconut water( without flash). I'm based in Sydney and I don't have trouble finding celery or cucumbers. I havent noticed that my speed is falling off, I've just noticed that I get tired easily and don't have desire to run as often as before. ( or maybe it's because recently I start feeling a dull ache on the outside of my hip ). I will look for natural (plant based) supplement, too. Thanks once again, regards S
