Dear Dr. Graham, I have a question about fats and fruits. From what I learnt so far, it is not sugar that causes prolonged rise in glucose, but too much fat in the cells and the blood. Now, if someone eats SAD and have problems with high sugar / diabetes II / candida proliferation... and decides to switch to 811, should there be any carefully conducted transition? That is, once when the cells and the blood are not coated with fats, sugar from fruit won't be causing problem. But, what until they clear up? I am looking forward to your answer Dr. Graham and I would like to express my gratitude for wonderfully easy understandable explanations in the book "The 80 10 10 Diet". Mila
