After I had been all raw for awhile, I added arugula to my salad one evening & became really ill from it & vomited whereas I had never had a problem with arugula before going raw. I'm just afraid that I might go out & buy the moringa plant, consume it only to have my body reject it but I guess there's no way to avoid that risk. I attributed my body's rejection of arugula to the fact that it is an herb & I'm unable to find any definitive info on moringa as to whether or not it too is in the herb family.

I tasted a moringa leaf yesterday... quite nice & superior to spinach in taste, also very succulent.
