Dear Dr. Graham, Here I come again... I've been on 811rv for a month. I've been doing yoga for years now, and these days I started to run. I'm taking it really slowly since I always hated running and want to convert it into something joyful. So I'm running 3/4 times per week on a treadmill at 6 miles per hour. I've been rising the time and now I run 15 mins; next day I will run 16 and so on. For the last few days I've been feeling a very mild pain on my right knee, on the inner side. I'm not sure if I should stop and do something else. I wear a pair of Nike Air, and take my time to warm up and cool down. I feel like there's something wrong... Or maybe it's normal? Now that I'm resting I still feel the pain (very mild pain), and I know that it would disappear if I didn't go back to run. What would you do? Thanks for your support!
