Give it another few weeks and you will be far more used to eating those large salads.
You could eat some of your greens at your lunch meal if that works for you.
For sure, you want to eat relatively early compared to when you go to bed.
Keep practicing, and the entire food thing will become effortless and seem as perfectly normal as it is.
