Sun is best, by far, but exposure must be adapted to altitude, cloud cover, skin type, degree of tan, etc.

All fruit, with possible exception of cranberry, are alkaline. The charts you are looking at measure sugar as an acid, which it is not. Alk/acid is traditionally determined solely by the mineral content of the food.
