Dear Dr. Graham,
First of all thank you for all your precious advise!!
I have three questions:
1) I have seen some acid/alkaline food charts on the internet that say that most fruits (except for lemon, lime and grapefruit) are acid forming in the body. This shocked me, since I always thought that fruit was alkaline forming.
2) What is the best source of vitamin D (if it's exposure to sun, please specify minutes a day...)
3) will your book 'The 80/10/10 diet' be translated into Spanish sometime soon?
