The rumors of my demise, which have been going around for more than 20 years now, have been greatly exaggerated. Had a great session lifting weights yesterday, after a long layoff from that activity. Still got very close to personal bests, though not particularly trying for that. I wanted to put in more reps yesterday, as I also want to keep my endurance improving.
I do enjoy being light-hearted, but gotta tell ya that I find some of the other raw sites far more humorous, if you can keep from crying. "Raw leaders unite, my way." How funny can you get?
