I'd like to see you add celery into your diet, for starters, not because of the blood work you mention, but because I believe you will see performance improvement. I'd like to see cucumbers and some other varieties of fruit included too, but maybe that is simply a matter of seasonal availability? Low iron can affect your performance, for certain. If your speed is falling off, or your endurance, you may wish to supplement. I've seen that become necessary with some runners, though they never seem to have to supplement repeatedly, even over decades of follow up. To give you specifics, I'd really want to know specifics about you first. I'll give you as much info as possible, but not without first knowing enough to do so responsibly.
