Hi there,

I know that Dr. Graham does not feel that most supplements are necessary, but I
am wondering what he thinks about probiotics. I have had severe Candida
issues and Lyme encephalitis for 7 and a half years. I have seen a significant
turn around in my energy and health since adopting 80/10/10 a few weeks ago.
When I take probiotics, I get swelling in my head, and it is impossible for me to
tell if it is a detox reaction or a negative impact from the probiotics.

I would love to know Dr. Graham's opinion.
