Subject:	Can anything be done to avoid reading glasses?

It seems like everyone, even people who had excellent vision
when they were younger, eventually needs corrective lenses for
reading when they're in their 40s. Do you know of anything
that can be done, such as exercises, which can help to avoid
this? Thanks.
