I understand your concerns about time management. Perhaps if you think of it as priority management, you will feel that you are making better use of your time.
Unless you are drinking large quantities of water, do not feel pressured to wait a long time between drinking and eating fruit.
This early in your 811 experience, feeling tired upon arising likely means that your body is busy doing extra work, plus you have taken on extra fitness challenges. Listen to your body, and if you have the option, perhaps once or twice a week you could roll over rather than roll out.
Good plan to get your fitness in early in the day. Otherwise there are likely to be too many other things filling your day, and fitness will take a back seat.
