If you have a question, I don't see what it is. You were sedentary and eating 5000 calories per day (roughly double what you likely needed) and wonder why you gained weight? You got heavier and wonder why pullups seem more difficult? I just don't see what question you have, or what advice you seek. Please, restate your request.
