i have been eating only high water content fruit for the past few
days.
my appetite is telling me it wants dried fruit and bananas, but
not papayas or mangos, but as soon as hunger sets in, papayas
and mangos start to look really delicious!

maybe the reason i am carrying extra weight is because i have
not been waiting for true hunger to set in before i eat?

this all occurred within the first month or 2 of going raw. i did a
banana island for a week where i was consuming 5000 cal a day
and was going to school and being sedentary and remained
sedentary for 2 two months after that. from then on i focused
on geting regular exercise in daily such as p90x and insanity.

i did not lose strength, but i did gain fat and thus could
preform less body weight exercises then i could when i was
leaner.
