There are no ingredients at WFF, unless you go specifically for prepared meals, which I tend not to do. At WFF the last two years, I made a point to eat simple mono meals at every meal, with the exception of the one "Governors" meal that I was invited to. That meal was specifically prepared by a chef whom I've trained, and she was very careful not to use any ingredients that would even remotely cause questions. I cannot speak for what is done at anyone else's home, or by anyone else, including the community in Hawaii, nor does my personal life represent anyone else's decisions. I think whether you drink herbal tea, put a strand of chive into your soup, or put cinnamon on your fruit "oatmeal" are not the big deals of life, any more than flying in an airplane, wearing clothing, or washing your hair with shampoo. Is your health robust, or are you a hot-house flower? Is your diet predominated by fruit? Do you eat cooked food? Do you do fitness activities on a regular basis? Are you getting sufficient sleep? Do you strive to better yourself?
