I am not the ultimate purist. To do so, I couldn't have a family, use a computer, or interact with society. I choose to make rare exceptions, and believe that my health can handle that. I've never really counted the days, but believe I have gone easily a decade or more with no exceptions to eating whole fresh ripe raw organic foods. I make exceptions in my world in many ways. Just last night I ate my dinner 3 hours late, then I stayed up late to care for a dying animal. I don't always put my own needs first. I flew in an airplane for more than 24 hours, 12 hours each way, just to have my picture taken a few weeks ago. As for what you've heard, I wouldn't trust everything you've heard. I do know that plants from the allicin family have been used at FnS events at approximately three meals out of the last three thousand meals that have been served at those events. Why do you ask?
