I have been on 811 for over a week now. And before I did not eat much fruit, so it can be definitely that my body is not used to that. I just wasn't sure if that cannot be more serious, that my heart beats up so fast after eating the fruit. I am also not used to eating so much!
I don't really combine the food much, I try to keep it simple. Only smoothie I would do bananas and celery. Or banana, mango and spinach. Then having salad for dinner, lettuce with tomato and cucumber with some fruity dressing like mango and tomato.
I also got my life blood analysis done before I started 811 and there was lots of free radicals in my blood, as well as little bit of parasite and fungus. I also have fungus on my foot.
After I read your book, I knew this is the way to go. I just wanted to see if these problems are sometimes normal to some people and will go away if I just keep going, or if I should do something differently.
Thank you for your response!
