Subject:	Dental implant, your opinion

Hello dear Dr. Graham,
Even if I know that is not your field of interest, I'd really
like to know your opinion.

I have a devitalized tooth that needs to be extracted because
it is badly infected, so I need to replace it with a dental
implant.

I have two options, as far as I know: titanium and zirconium.
I can read online that both have downsides: titanium is not
bio compatible and creates oral-electro galvanism while
zirconium is radioactive and also not completely
biocompatible...

I know that in every case there are side effects but I'd like
to make the smartest choiche, choosing the implant that
creates the least disturbance for health.

What is your opinion about that?
Are there better alternatives?
What would you do?
