Subject:	Eating greens while travelling

Hi!

Do you have any tips on what to do in terms of eating greens when travelling to
"third world" countries? I'm not sure if I wanna eat the greens from the market in,
say, bangkok, full of flies and not really clean. And how would you wash it? with
bottled water? seems a bit difficult! Any tips?
