Dear fellows, you may never need to worry about zinc or iron.
Zinc uptake is considerably increased by Vitamin B6 and low intake of phytic
acid.
I composed a diet on USDA search engine of 2500 calories of bananas, mangoes,
raspberries and romaine. It contains 8.5 mg's of B6. The RDA of is 1.3 mg's.
That's + 700%.
Phytic acid is present in cereals and grains and inhibits zinc uptake.

You may have heard that vegans or vegetarians have higher risk in getting iron
deficiency. That iron in heme form from animal protein is better absorbed than
non-heme iron from plant foods we are taught to believe, "end of story".
But iron absorption is radically increased with intake of Vitamin C. The meal plan
I proposed contains 800% of RDA of Vitamin C. That's almost 1000 mg's. One
gram of Vitamin C can increase the uptake of iron by 1000% in iron deficient
people.

As it turns out again and again health has no contradictions. God is not a sadist.
