Subject:         high water content fruit=fat lose?

I am a 19 year old male and i have eaten 811RV for 1.5 years and have
maintained a body fat % (BF%) of 15 the whole time. When i was eating a
typical bodybuilder diet before i went raw i had BF10%, not long after
beginning 811 it went up to 15%.

i eat when i am hungry until i am satisfied. i consume 2750 calories
adv., 3-4 mono meals of fruit with 5% coming from dehydrated celery
powdered and lettuce, eating overts 1/3 of the days. i eat a meal of dried
dates 2/3 days a week.

I heard that Katy Craine was in a similar circumstance. she found that her
fat lose had plateaued after a few years of 811. it was only until she had
fasted at your fasting retreat was she able to shed the last few pounds.

i would like to go back to being sub BF10%. i have narrowed my choices
for fat lose down to:
A.) increasing the amount of high water content (HWC) fruits in my diet.
B.) go to the fasting retreat.

if i focus on consuming HWC fruits for the rest of the year, and still
maintain BF15%, is that a good enough reason to warrant a fast at your
event?

have you found that bad food combining leads to increased BF%?
