Dear Dr. Graham, My husband and I have been on 811rv for 23 days and are having a hard time trying to reach the pound of leafy greens. When dinner time arrives we don't feel like eating our salad. We still eat it but don't really enjoy it and there are times where I cannot even finish it. What can we do? Does it really matter whether we take our greens blended or chewed? (I was thinking in having greens smoothies plus smaller salads instead of the big salad). Thanks in advance.
