Hello Karen, yes I know what you mean, when I first became pregnant I read lots of reports about women who were previously raw vegan and simply had to eat cooked food while pregnant. I think it's a matter of feeling a little unwell for a while no matter what we eat when we have morning sickness, there's nothing wrong with 811rv itself. It has also helped me to eat very frequently, morning sickness becomes much worse with an empty tummy, so I have a snack just before sleeping, I keep food on my bedside table and have a few bites of something if I wake up during the night and I eat again, from my bedside table before I get out of bed. It doesn't have to be a lot of food, just a few mouthfuls. Blood sugar can often drop with morning sickness so very frequent small meals helps with this as well. Unfortunately I'm in Australia, but it would be lovely to meet other pregnant 811rv women in person. Good luck and keep us posted, Bronwyn
