Dear Dr. Graham, I received your book few days ago and I am very excited about making this transition. I am a 24-year old female, not an active sportperson for moment. In the past I have had some attempts to go vegetarian, but I am very sensitite when my iron drops. I am not anemic, but my mother is and I certainly don't want to endanger my health. I really want to go on raw vegan, but I don't want to supplement. Isn't there any meal or smoothie recipe which I could eat or drink on a daily basis which will provide me with the necessary iron intake and meanwhile not to affect badly my health in any way? I have read that parsley and spinach and spirulina are very rich in iron, but I am not sure if it would be healthy to consume them on a regular basis in large quantities? Thank you very much for your advise on this issue!
