“If you want to enjoy perpetual health, that is, vibrant health completely free of illnesses or sickness, you need only properly observe the body’s needs. They are few and they are simple, even self-evident. Fulfilling your needs with the best conditions and materials available to you is a bounden duty—to yourself and your fellow beings.

One of the foremost commandments you should obey as a responsible person is this: Thou shalt not poison thyself.

Foremost among our ascertainable needs for optimal well-being are:

1. Good Air.
2. Pure Water.
3. Comfortable Temperature.
4. Internal and External Cleanliness. Anything taken into the body other than its biological requirements will foul it up and lead to sickness, diseases and degeneration.
5. Adequate Sleep. …
6. Love and Appreciation. …
7. Foods of our Natural Disposition in their natural condition as delivered up by Nature (GOD) for our delectation, delight and nourishment. Processing, cooking and food alteration derange and destroy nutrients, thus depriving us of these vital elements. Additionally, toxic materials are thereby created which impair body functions, thus giving rise to illnesses, diseases and degeneration. Of course, organically-grown foods are much to be preferred. As humans are biologically frugivores, a diet predominately of fresh ripe fruits with some fresh raw vegetables, seeds and nuts serve us best.
